3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rvip2 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of who performed them.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify rvip2 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account, security breach, or disclosure of your login credentials. Until we receive such notification, you remain liable for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.4 Deposit Source Requirements

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned, bets being voided, and your account being suspended or terminated.

4.5 Deposit Fees

rvip2 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5. Withdrawals and Verification

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Have completed the full KYC verification process

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

rvip2 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two (2) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur an administrative fee of 2% or Rp 25,000, whichever is greater. Your bank or payment provider may also charge receiving fees.

5.6 Withdrawal Cancellation

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it is processed. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms Acceptance

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by rvip2 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming or accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotion page and in your account when you claim the offer.

6.6 Bonus Forfeiture

7.3 Void and Cancelled Events

If a sports event is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or declared void, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account, unless otherwise specified in the specific sport betting rules. 7.4 Live Betting

10. Limitations of Liability

10.5 Force Majeure

11. Dispute Resolution
